We are welcoming spring with our young friends at the Leventis Municipal Museum of Nicosia through an experiential workshop! We will discover historical objects featuring birds, flowers and decorative motifs in the Museum’s Galleries, which become the starting point for a springtime adventure.

What sound does a bee make?
What does a rose smell like?
How does a ladybird or a swallow move?
How do you feel when the sun touches your face while you lie on the grass?

Movement, musical instruments, scents and tastes bring history to life and take us on a journey through time.

In this programme the children will have the opportunity to make traditional lazarakia (little Lazarus breads), cute little frogs and beautiful flower wreaths out of dough.

The programme is taking place with the support of the A. G. Leventis Foundation Scholars Association.
